6. User-Generated Content
Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User-Generated Content. However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Megaspiloma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Megaspiloma to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms. You agree that your User-Generated Content will not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
Megaspiloma reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services. 9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Megaspiloma’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
10. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Megaspiloma may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
